TxAVF Membership Benefits:

TxAVF, formally known as the Texas Civic Center
Association, began in the North Texas area in 1995
and became a statewide organization in 1997.
TxAVF is an incorporated non-profit association offering
membership to any Texas public assembly facilities,
recreation facilities and related vendors.


Association Objectives and Purpose:
  1. Learning other facilities/companies policies, services
    offered and products that may enhance your own
    operations through group emails.
  2. Educational opportunities provided by industry
    professionals at bi-monthly meetings and our annual
  3. Negotiated low cost annual meeting registration in
    desirable locations.
  4. Bi-monthly meetings include networking opportunities
    and a complimentary lunch.
  5. Allied Members are given opportunities to showcase
    products or services to association members.

Types of Membership

  1. Regular Members: Consist of convention, civic, conference and equestrian centers. There are also recreation facilities, theaters and senior centers as members
         New Member:  $150
         Member Renewal:  $125
  2. Allied Partners: Are those members that supply product or services that our regular members use: chair covers, table linens, tables & Chairs, decor, lift equipment, etc..
         New & Renewal:  $ 175
  3. Associate Members: Which is a facility under construction or in planning stage
         New & Renewal:  $150
